This is a story that we would like to share with every reader to raise their sense of understanding behind the loyalty and dedication of every member of the BNA family. The purpose of this story is to raise your sense of belonging and earn your loyalty before you get to experience the standards of what we do.
They say the tone and behavior of an organization is set at the top and is adopted all the way down the organizational hierarchy, our Founder/CEO Engineer Ahmed Shaibh set a behavior that does not take no for an answer, a behavior where the impossible is possible, and he taught us that opportunities don’t come to us, and that we should chase them.
With that being said, our founder was chasing opportunities non-stop ever since 2001, where he worked in numerous places and sectors whether they were in his field or not in search of endless opportunities and means of raising capital.
In 2003 BNA was born and gained a commercial presence, Eng. Ahmed kept learning and developing himself in order to have the sufficient knowledge and capital for his establishment to bloom and excel amongst the other competitors. 2006 the stock market crash struck, and struck whoever was involved including our founder, Eng. Ahmed was devastated but he did not let this fall get the best of him, he stood right back up and did what had to be done in order for him to revive his dream by going back to the drawing point.
It’s 2008, and Eng. Ahmed was performing what they call a one man show, he made use of his past experiences in working in numerous jobs and sectors by performing every function needed to keep the entity up and running at full capacity. He used to wake up before dawn and work from the comfort of what we like to call the first premises of BNA.
He knew no days off, no delays, and made no excuses even with the lack of personnel, he used to head to Makkah and back multiple times a day to conduct meetings and close business deals, gave it his all and paid no mind to what negative people had to say, because he knew that people who strive for greatness will always find a way.
Eng. Ahmed started expanding the BNA family gradually worker by worker, underwent project by project, it started becoming known that our founder and team bring nothing but excellence and dedication to the table and to top it all off, he made it known that all the efforts of our establishment were delivered with complete integrity.
He always made each worker feel appreciated and heard because he believed that every function or task done by each employee from every organizational level contributes to the success of the entity. Everyone admired Eng. Ahmed’s attitude and persistence, whether it was from our clients, or our workers. As mentioned in the beginning of the story, the tone is set at the top. “Your workers will never give you their loyalty unless they sense your loyalty, they will never put in the desired level of effort or dedication if they didn’t see you work hard for what you believe in.” He said.
Days and years passed till we reach the present day… BNA has expanded and is now working on numerous projects, and has an abundancy of clientele, and partners in success. In addition, BNA now has a complete managerial team, engineers, and a wide base of blue-collar employees who adopted the same work ethics set by our founder, who are willing to work 24/7/365 just to abide by the motto set by Eng. Ahmed and it says:
“We are a unity therefor your success is our success; you reap what you sow therefor never give less”.

Success is a word that is seemingly attractive to many yet you don’t see many people succeeding, have you ever paused and asked yourself “Why?”. Success is not easy to attain because it requires you to step out of your comfort zone, to experience new horizons… to put it in simpler words, you have to risk it all and that is what holds everyone back. If you don’t put in the required time and effort you’ll always remain where you are, and that to me is falling behind and failing. So instead of giving yourself false hope and letting your dreams get the best of you while waiting for an opportunity, get up on your feet, work for what you believe in, push yourself out of your comfort zone, because remember that the first step that you take towards your dream is the milestone that will cause the long anticipated shift in your life that you’ve always dreamt about.
